Sorry for my late, I'm very busy and don't have a lot of time to read and answer emails !
Actually, maybe we have find a great place, we are negociating price and contract. It's not very expensive, expect the rent (around 3000 euros per month). Plus, we are in contact with two banks and we are looking for buisness angels.
We have to find money before the february 22nd if we want this place. It's a litte exhausting and we don't sleep a lot lol !
If you want, I can send you own financial plans, but the buisness plan will be too difficult to translate lol ! (except if you have some french mates in NY)
